Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear) and money orders.

Shipping Time. Shipping times vary with location, time of year and method of shipping. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time on average.  See our shipping policy for more details, or contact us for questions.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate shipping of our products, a cancellation of your order is very difficult.  If we do not receive a cancellation request before shipping of  the product  we are unable to cancel the order.  Once you receive the product, follow the return policy and we will refund your money with the exception of the shipping costs.  Please notify us by phone or email of your wish to cancel. 

When your order arrives:

Open it right away and check the contents for any damage or missing items.  If something is damaged save the shipping box and packaging and contact us as soon as possible.  bjsknives@hotmail.com or 813-482-3212.

If something is wrong with the order or missing, call us as soon as possible.  We will make every effort to correct the problem.

Return Policy:

Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  A full refund for the price of the item will be given.  Shipping will not be refunded. 

All returns must be brand new, never used or tested.  The original packaging and documents must be included when returned, at buyers expense.  If product is tested or used, return to manufacturer, all information from manufacturer will accompany product.  If we can help you with any problems please contact us and we will make every effort to help.

At BJ's Knives we only sell high quality merchandise from quality manufacturers.  Our manufacturers stand behind their products.  Most items come with a Lifetime Guarantee against defects and all information on warranties should acompany your purchase.
