CARVING SERIES The Epicurean Carving Series is designed specifically for carving roasts and fowl. A unique diamond studded surface holds the meat in place while cutting. An inner juice trough contains much of the juice and an outer juice groove will prevent the rest, up to 2-cups, from reaching your countertop. This surface is designed specifically to fit most dishwashers to make that big clean-up a little bit easier.
